Kelly A. Neavel is an Associate Attorney in the firm’s Litigation department.  Kelly has extensive mortgage and real estate transaction experience, having worked in the mortgage industry since the year 2000.  Her experience includes cases involving mortgage fraud, real estate disputes, collection issues, and contract disputes.

Kelly earned her Juris Doctor degree from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California in 2004.  While in law school, she worked as an extern for the Honorable Judge John Ryan of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District.  Prior to law school, Kelly received her undergraduate degree in Political Science from California State University, Long Beach. Kelly is also admitted to the California Central District Court and a member of the Orange County Bar Association.

Outside of the office, Kelly enjoys playing softball, is an active member of the local PTA, and supporter of the Humane Society.  Kelly also is actively involved with Olive Crest, which provides homes and services for abused children.
