J has practiced general civil litigation since his admission to the California Bar in 1992. He has litigated a variety of cases dealing with matters such as personal injury, medical malpractice, real estate contracts, employment contracts, and general business. In addition, J handls construction defect cases for consumers and contractors, landlord/tenant disputes, wrongful termination matters, lemon law complaints, collections issues for both consumers and collections agencies, health care law matters, and bankruptices.

J has been an arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau since 2001, handling primarily new-car warranty disputes. J is a mediator and arbitrator for the Riverside County Courts, and has privately mediated cases for the Riverside County Bar Association. J has been teaching courses in Business Law, Civil Litigation and various paralegal courses at Riverside Community College since 2000.

J received his Juris Doctor degree in 1992 from the University of Southern California, a Master of Arts degree in English from Loma Linda University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Pacific Union College.
